Graphic Design

Graphic design: Our graphic designers know much more than graphic design. They have in-depth knowledge of sign manufacturing procedure as well as expertise with all the latest computer aided design tools. So, they can work with anything from a sketch on a napkin to most standard image file formats, transforming those ideas into working drawings that are themselves works of art. The result: signs that are works of art, as proven by the awards we win every year. 


Production

Production: Our sign production facilities are located in Southern California. They are equipped with the latest automated software to track each individual sign from design to installation - which, in turn, allows you to track your job online, instantly. Other automated functions include cutting and forming letters, using CNC equipment. This gives us the capacity to handle high-volume jobs quickly, such as when a large chain requires sign changes throughout the organization.

 


Sign Criteria

Sign criteria: Our sign criteria package development service is unique to Ultrasigns. We can research potential sites for allowable signage prior to leasehold commitments, paying particular attention to each project's lighting and signage format. This service is especially helpful to regional and national organizations.


Permits

Permits: Permit research is critical in assuring maximum sign exposure while complying with local zone and code regulations. This underappreciated, "behind-the-scenes" service is really the first step in enhancing the visibility - and cost-effectiveness - of your sign. We are experts at navigating through red tape and bulletins, making sure that the sign that gets approved is a sign that gets you business.


Project Management

Project management: All projects are handled through an assigned Project Manager, who will keep you informed of any changes, coordinate all aspects of the project, and in general keep you up-to-date on the progress of your sign from design through installation. 


Installation

Installation: Every sign we manufacture and sell meets the highest government safety standards as well as our own demanding quality standards. That's why we our sign installers are the best-trained in the business. This ensures a proper sign installation and your complete satisfaction from beginning to end, regardless of job size or complexity.


Maintenance

Maintenance: Our dedication to service doesn't end with the sale. After all, most illuminated signs will eventually need service. Our web-based service request form lets you (or people you designate, such as individual franchise owners) order sign maintenance or service in moments. Our crews respond quickly with the right equipment for the job, thanks to our vast database that links individual signs to their original drawings and as-built specifications.
